Clients and references

My clients are mainly small and medium-sized companies as well as individual departments and subsidiaries of larger companies.

For clients who don’t have their own documentation department, I can take on all technical documentation and communication tasks. In addition, I often write accompanying technical texts, such as texts for brochures and websites. For clients who write their technical documentation by themselves, I provide selective consulting on conceptual, didactical, and technical issues. In addition, I take on individual subtasks or subprojects to reduce my clients’ workload.

Upon request, I’ll be happy to send you a detailed project list of all clients who have agreed to act as references.

“For me, the best presentation of the afternoon – a new and well thought-out idea that can make a difference. Thank you!”

“This was a truly inspiring session. … Mr. Achtelig clearly "owns" this stuff from hands on experience … rather than repeating what others might have said before him.”

“Here in the company, everyone knows you. They always say: If anyone can do it, it's Mr. Achtelig.”

“We have started to work with the Impulse Method of the Rich Documentation Design Concept, which I greatly admire! Thanks for this enrichment.”

“We also use it. Recommended!”

“I would also like to praise you for the phrasing of the new features in the ServicePack. I was able to point out the emphasis on customer benefits (for example, with the symbols in the project status) to one of my employees today as an absolute positive example of good communication.”

“… we are very happy with your results … I would like to emphasize particularly positively that when writing the manuals you also ask yourself whether the software has been developed with usability in mind and that you give feedback in this regard if functions are difficult to understand or even faulty. This seems very important to me! Many thanks for this!”

“… we have already made a big leap in this respect with the change to the new online help and have also received great feedback from the market. I am pleased that the collaboration is working so well!”

“I’m already devouring the book, thinking about how I’m going to improve a document tomorrow. Thanks for the amazing work!”

“Many great reflections with practical tips.”

“I would like to compliment the author of the manual. It is VERY good in structure, presentation and content.”

“I am a Business / IT consultant for 25 years and I do not do many comments on the Web. But your site content and the quality of your technical documentation template are exceptional and I must tell you. … Thank you for your great work.”

“Great satisfaction on the part of Mr. … with your texts.”

“I did not expect to get such a comprehensive solution within the scope of this project.”

“Thank you so much for your commitment. I feel that our teamwork has been very pleasant and effective, and it has produced great results.”

“… and thank you for the repeated great support.”

“Well, I really must say that what we have discussed on Thursday still inspires me. Excellent. Thanks again for the many pieces of helpful information.”

“… we all (including our bosses) are very happy with your work.”

“Your comments are always pertinent and correct! … Thanks again for the quality of your work.”

“Mr. Achtelig has just added the pictures to the manual – cool.”
“I like it.”
“Yes, very appealing and informative.”

“I’ve rarely seen such a good work.”

“Great job. Thanks for your commitment.”

“The documentation for … is absolutely first-rate. It gives you a huge amount of confidence.”

“I am very enthusiastic about the new form of the document. My review comments are only marginal.”

“Many thanks for your perfect article. It’s been a long time since I’ve been given a text that’s this clear, comprehensible, and to the point.”

“Thank you very much for the layouts. I love them. This is exactly what I wanted.”

“Thanks for taking care of the … guys. We haven’t seen such happy faces for a long time.”

“We plan to involve Marc Achtelig and …, do you agree?” “Yes! … They have always done a great job. I have always loved to work with them.”

“Excellent market overview.”

“Outstanding and realistic examples.”

“Great presentation, as you could expect from this speaker.”

“Once again, your presentation gave me a lot of food for thought for my daily documentation business.”

“Hands-on and highly useful.”

“More of this, please.”

“I look forward to your upcoming presentations.”

“I very much look forward to meeting you in person. Your presentations at the tekom conferences have always been exciting and inspiring.”
