MadCap Flare is one of the leading and best authoring tools for creating online help systems and printed user manuals. Due to the outstanding capabilities of MadCap Flare, its configuration and use are not always intuitive and simple.

Training and consulting that I can provide

The goal of the in-house training on MadCap Flare / on-site training on MadCap Flare is to save you as much time for getting familiar with the system as possible. In addition, you will learn to use MadCap Flare in a way that guarantees the best possible results and the maximum possible efficiency. Benefit from my own practical experience with MadCap Flare. As I do not sell MadCap Flare myself, I am completely vendor-independent and can also openly address the limitations of the program, which system providers do not mention.

As it is an internal MadCap Flare training, we won’t use any generic examples. Instead, we can work hands-on on your own projects and can look at the spots where you’ve run into trouble. If you have taken over a project from someone else, I can help you understand the structure and specifics of the project. If you do not yet have any project, we can create it together.

By the way: In case you do not yet have much experience in writing software documentation, we can complement the training with the basics on technical documentation and software documentation. writing clear texts that everybody can understand.
