Create a consistent look in the whole document:
▪Use common fonts and colors on all page types.
▪Use common headers and footers on all page types.
▪Use common page margins. (However, if it makes sense, feel free to combine sections that have only one text column with sections that have multiple text columns.)
▪Align objects on all pages to a common design grid.
